Our amazing cows produce milk with over 4% butterfat. We don't remove fat from our whole milk like everyone else. Whole milk is as it comes out the cow, only pasturised.
We skim off more than half the cream out of our whole milk to create semi. You wont get as much cream floating to the top of the green tops.
Our skimmed milk has almost all the cream stripped out of it. The red top will have very little cream floating to the top.
